This blog, The Website Strategist, reflects many of the issues facing our clients and businesses as they navigate their way through online marketing. There are many ways to improve visibility in the search engines and to improve conversion rates. Our goal is to take some of the mystery out of search engine optimization, local search, social media, etc. and to show its relationship to the customer experience.

About the Author

Kathleen Fealy, the President of KF Multimedia & Web, Inc. is a website strategist, SEO veteran and Certified Usability Analyst working in organic search (the left side of the result pages) since 2001. She works with small to medium-sized businesses to improve their sites’ traffic and conversion rates.

She is a frequent speaker at Search Engine Strategies Conferences and regional events on the topics of organic search and usability, has written articles for SES Magazine and Visibility Magazine on SEO and the user experience and is currently the Education Committee Co-Chair for SEMPO. She is a member of Usability Professionals Association and SEMPO.
